  • Mini Pump for Pressurizing Blumat systems

Mini Pump for Pressurizing Blumat systems

    2 reviews

The ultimate upgrade for a Blumat system. The Mini Pump Kit converts your gravity-fed Blumat setup into a pressurized irrigation system for faster response, more reliable performance, and significantly better control over soil moisture. It also gives you the freedom to run a larger reservoir on the ground—no elevation required. Once you run Blumat on pressure, it’s very hard to go back. What the Mini Pump Does The Blumat Mini Pump Kit converts a gravity-fed system into a stable, pressurized irrigation system. This allows your Blumat sensors to react faster, operate more consistently, and stay dialed in with far less effort. For many growers, this is the upgrade that finally makes Blumat perform the way it was always meant to. Why Pressure Changes Everything Blumat systems are pressure-sensitive. Gravity setups can work well, but they often introduce slow response times and small inconsistencies. When you switch to pressure, the entire system tightens up: Faster sensor response to soil moisture changes Adjustments show results much more quickly More consistent moisture levels across your grow More reliable overall system performance Many growers describe this upgrade as the moment everything finally “clicks.” The system becomes predictable, responsive, and easy to trust. Stable Pressure = Better Performance This kit includes our adjustable pressure reducer with integrated gauge—one of the most important components in the entire system. The advantage is not just adjustability. The real value is maintaining stable, consistent pressure while giving you visibility into what your system is doing. Consistent pressure across the system Built-in gauge for real-time monitoring Faster and more precise system adjustments Adapts to 8 mm tubing or 1/2 inch black poly using a Perma-Loc fitting Blumat performance depends on pressure. This gives you control over it. What Comes in the Kit Mini Pump Expansion / pressure tank Adjustable pressure reducer with gauge Inline filter Bulkhead fitting for reservoir connection Tubing and all necessary parts to connect to your reservoir Adapter setup from the pressure reducer to either: 8 mm tubing 1/2 inch black poly (via Perma-Loc fitting) This is a complete, practical kit designed to take you from reservoir to a fully functioning pressurized Blumat system. Bigger Reservoir, Less Maintenance Gravity systems require elevated reservoirs, which limits how much water you can store and adds daily maintenance. With the Mini Pump Kit, your reservoir can sit on the ground and be sized however you want. Use larger reservoirs Reduce refill frequency Maintain a more stable water supply Leave your garden unattended for longer periods This is not just a performance upgrade—it’s a major quality-of-life improvement. System Size & Capacity The Mini Pump Kit is designed to support a wide range of grow sizes while maintaining stable pressure. Ideal for small tents and home grows Scales to multi-tent setups Suitable for larger rooms when designed properly Rated for up to approximately 50 gallons per day, making it a strong solution for both hobby and serious growers looking for reliable performance. Is This Right for My Grow? This kit is ideal if you are currently running a gravity-fed Blumat system and want better performance, more control, and less day-to-day maintenance. It’s also a great fit if you: Want faster response from your sensors Are tired of inconsistent moisture levels Want to run a larger reservoir without lifting it Are building a more dialed-in, scalable system Even small systems benefit significantly from the improved responsiveness and stability of pressure. Frequently Asked Questions Do I need a pump for a small Blumat system? No—but even small systems benefit from faster response and more consistent performance when running on pressure. What is the benefit of switching from gravity to pressure? You get faster sensor response, more stable moisture levels, better system control, and reduced maintenance. Can I use a larger reservoir with this system? Yes. One of the biggest advantages is being able to run a large reservoir on the ground instead of elevating it.

  • Whole System Adjustable Pressure Reducer for Blumat systems

Whole System Adjustable Pressure Reducer for Blumat systems

This Adjustable Pressure Reducer gives you full control over your Blumat system pressure—ideal for consistent performance and the flexibility to fine-tune your setup. It includes a 0–30 PSI pressure gauge, so you always know exactly what your system is running. This is one of the most important numbers to know in a Blumat setup, essential for troubleshooting and dialing in optimal performance. With a high flow rate of over 5 gallons per minute, this reducer can replace six or more standard Blumat pressure reducers. It’s powerful enough for the largest systems, yet adjustable and precise enough to use with small, single-zone setups as well. The pressure can be set anywhere from 2–14 PSI, allowing you to match system pressure to your specific needs. Different distribution methods (drippers, drip rings, BluSoak) and sensor counts may benefit from different pressure settings, and this reducer gives you the control to optimize performance. Pressure is adjusted by turning the black collar: Left (counterclockwise) = less pressure Right (clockwise) = more pressure Connections & Adapters:The reducer body has a ½" male pipe thread (MPT) inlet and a ¾" female pipe thread (FPT) outlet. Included adapters make it easy to install: Input: Adapts to ¾" female hose thread (FHT) for standard garden hoses or hose bibs Output: ½" Perma-Loc fitting (for Trunk Line Kits) 8mm barb adapter (for Supply Line Kits with Superflex tubing)
