Choose your bed size, then choose Gravity or High Pressure. Every BluSoak Raised Bed Kit includes a preset 9-inch Blumat sensor, distribution tape sized for the bed, and the fittings needed inside the bed.
The sensor responds to soil moisture, opening the water flow as the soil dries and closing it as moisture returns. No watering timer is required.
The water source, pressure reducer, and main supply line are sold separately. Beds and growing media shown in the photos are not included.
Gravity or High Pressure?
Gravity: White, porous Gravity BluSoak tape for an elevated reservoir. Water seeps along the tape. Do not connect this tape to a 7.25 PSI or 15 PSI pressure reducer.
High Pressure: Black, emitter-style BluSoak tape for a regulated hose bib or pump. Use a compatible 15 PSI Blumat pressure reducer or an adjustable reducer set for High-Pressure BluSoak. A 7.25 PSI reducer is not suitable.
Choose the version that matches your water source. The two tape types have different pressure requirements.

Complete your watering system
Connect the sensor to your water source using an 8mm supply line. Gravity requires an elevated reservoir; High Pressure requires a regulated hose bib or pump.

Optional: add mulch control
The included 9-inch preset sensor controls moisture deeper in the bed. For mulch control, add a separate 5-inch preset sensor. It is optional and sold separately.
