Growers set up Blumat systems in many different situations with various kinds and sizes of supply line. These fittings and reducers allow you to customize an automated system in nearly any circumstance. Blumat systems come from Europe so most of the fittings are designed for European tubing measured in millimeters. Since people in the USA don't have good access to these diameters and thread sizes, it can be almost impossible to adapt a Blumats to a conventional drip or gardening system. Until now! We've found and assembled many different fittings to make this process easy. We can also special order these fittings in many different configurations and for many different pipe sizes. High quality, easy to use bulkhead fittings that automatically stop the water when a line is disconnected. Just a quick twist connects or disconnects supply tubing. These are a little expensive but pay for themselves quickly if you need to change lines frequently. Great for flushing by letting quickly change from a reservoir with nutrients to one with just water. Also very helpful if you use different nutrients at different times.

This includes two integrated fittings, each threaded for standard 1/2" piping/tubing. When disconnected, these fittings stop water flow (from one direction). Great for making disconnections in your line without spewing water all over the place!

This is a professional quick connect. Use these to easily be able to disconnect your water line, while being able to have the water flow stop on both sides. Now you have the ability to disconnect your water line, and attach it to a separate water supply line. Great for being able to connect two independent water reservoir's or to simply have the ability to stop water from exiting a system when disconnected.
This particular product is a 1/2" NPT on one side, and a 8mm adapter on the other side. Each with auto water stop when disconnected.
